Bryan Fonseca: Recent Connecticut Sun addition Marina Mabrey has been hooping ever since being traded by the Chicago Sky.
The sharpshooting wing is averaging 14.7 points in six games with the Sun, including four overs, all since the Olympic break.
Going back further, she’s cleared 14.5 in seven of her last nine games. Last night, I favored over 12.5 more, but with the line going up, I’m sticking with the over regardless.
The Mystics are a bottom half WNBA defense, they give up the third most threes and their opponents are shooting 45 percent from the field against them this season.
Mabrey is shooting 46/43 since the deal, and she’s in a favorable spot to keep this going tonight.

Joe Dellera: Need 16.5 or under 28.5 PRA but would play that lighter.
Since the return to play, the Mystics are allowing the fifth-fewest RA to their opponents despite playing at the second-fastest Pace during this stretch. Although the Mystics have returned some talent, true Sun are a better team and they play notoriously slow. I expect the Sun to control the tempo of this game.
AT has hit this line in just four of her last ten games and only twice in the last two seasons against the Mystics. She’s averaged just 14.9 in H2H matchups.
This isn’t a great spot for Thomas, and I’ll grab under 16.5 RA where I’m projecting her at 8.5 rebounds and 6.6 assists for 15.1 RA.
