Frances Tiafoe vs Cameron Norrie Odds, Prediction

American star Frances Tiafoe shocked with his deep run into the French Open quarter finals, where only an inspired — and lucky — Lorenzo Musetti refused him his third-ever major semifinals. The switch to grass hasn’t proved as productive so far. In his only preparatory tournament at Queen’s, he bowed out of both the singles’ and doubles’ draws in the first round.

He faces a similarly struggling Cameron Norrie, whose best result so far was Monday’s four-set win over Spain’s Roberto Bautista Agut. It proved a tighter affair than expected, and you could argue that the 2022 semifinalist should’ve made quicker business of 37-year-old Bautista Agut.

We’re riding with Tiafoe for this clash. The American’s serve proved on par in his opener against Elmer Moller, and he has the tools to overpower Norrie. In a tournament where aggressive and powerful play has so far proven extremely effective, counter-puncher Norrie could be in trouble.

Taylor Fritz vs Gabriel Diallo Odds

Taylor Fritz can’t always be relied on in Grand Slams, as he’s lost before the Round of 16 in seven of his last 14 appearances in majors, including four exits in the first two rounds.

In fact, this season he lost in the Australian Open Round of 32 to Gael Monfils and in the first round of the French Open to Daniel Altmaier.

While the American’s draw wasn’t exactly friendly to begin this Wimbledon (he played a player ranked 36th in the world in Round 1), he was nearly ousted again in the opening round, rallying from down two sets to zero against Giovanni Mpetshi Perrica.

That brings us to Gabriel Diallo, a 23-year-old who’s had an excellent campaign in 2025. The Canadian is up to a career-high 40th in the world after winning the Libema Open in the Netherlands as part of the grass-court season.

He also reached the quarters in Madrid despite entering the draw as a lucky loser.

But is he really ready to take a step up and beat a top-five player in the world?

I’m hesitant. Diallo has played a single match in the Wimbledon main draw (his victory Monday against clay-court talent Altmaier) and is just 4-4 overall in Grand Slams in his career.

And it’s not like Fritz isn’t in solid form, as the American just won Eastbourne last week.

Fritz has played a lot of tennis over the last week (three three-set matches in Eastbourne and now a five-setter across two days), but I think he’ll cover the -3.5 spread solely based on his experience.
