The Action Network’s NFL betting model projects the total at 49.1, which translates to a 4.4% edge when compared to the market consensus of 51.5.
This is not only the top edge of Sunday’s NFL games, it’s the biggest of Week 4 altogether.
And yes, if you do plan on taking the Panthers vs. Cowboys under, getting it at 51.5 is important.
From 2015-19, 51 was the third-most common landing spot for total points scored at 3.67%, quietly making the half-point off 51 a significant number to grab.
