Following five straight days of college football action, it’s time for bettors to turn their attention to NFL predictions for Week 1.
Yes, there is one college football game on Monday night — Boston College vs. Florida State — but the NFL Week 1 slate is just three days away.
With this in mind, I turned to Action PRO’s premium picks and tools to get up-to-speed on the NFL predictions that professional bettors are already making for Week 1, including Packers vs. Eagles, Cowboys vs. Browns and Jets vs. 49ers.

Two of the best young quarterbacks in the league, Jordan Love and Jalen Hurts, face off on Friday in Brazil.
The spread is tight — between 2.5 and 3 points depending on the sportsbook — but there is a clear sharp side in this matchup.
Here’s what I mean.
Philadelphia opened at -1.5 in this game before sharps steamed the Eagles, convincing oddsmakers to push this spread out to -2.5 and even -3.
Steam refers to sudden, uniform line movement across the market and is often the result of bettors with the resources and respect to move odds getting down on the same side of the same game, at multiple sportsbook, all at once.
Please note that if you plan on tailing the wiseguys, make sure you’re doing it at -2.5 and not -3.

Cowboys vs Browns Prediction

The CeeDee Lamb contract drama dominated headlines for most of the offseason before the star wide receiver and Dallas came to a massive multi-year extension.
With Lamb back in the fold it seems like the market reaction would be toward a higher-scoring game, but that is not the case.
Behind multiple waves of sharp action, the Cowboys vs. Browns total has been pushed down from 44 to a consensus line of 42.5, with some shops adjusting more aggressively to 42.

Jets vs 49ers Prediction

This is another line move that may be counterintuitive for some.
Like the Cowboys, the 49ers were able to retain a star wide receiver (Brandon Aiyuk) while recent reports have painted a not-so-rosy picture inside the Jets locker room.
Still, these storylines have not prevented savvy bettors from taking a position on New York for this Monday Night Football matchup.
Five separate waves of market-moving action have already coming in on the Jets, moving the spread from New York +6 all the way to +3.5.
