I’ll level with you. Sunday’s NFL slate isn’t the most attractive in terms of number of games with betting angles.
That doesn’t mean there isn’t value to be had. It’s just that bettors shouldn’t go overboard with their number of wagers.
Remember, discipline is one of the key differences between long-term winners and those who bet mostly for action.
With this in mind, lets detail Sunday’s two smartest bets, including New Orleans Saints vs. Philadelphia Eagles and Green Bay Packers vs. Minnesota Vikings.
NFL Betting Predictions & Picks for Week 11
*Odds and betting data as of Sunday morning
Saints vs. Eagles Betting Pick
1 p.m. ET | FOX
We’ll go ahead and get the party started with the largest betting edge across Sunday’s 12 afternoon matchups.
The Action Network’s NFL PRO Projections set the Saints vs. Eagles spread at New Orleans -0.2, which is interesting considering that Sean Payton’s team is actually a 2.5-point underdog in this matchup.
The difference between our projection and the current line translates to a 7.1% edge for the underdog Saints.
In fact, New Orleans has already drifted to +3 at a couple of sportsbooks, like DraftKings and BetMGM, so be sure to shop the market and grab the Saints getting a full field goal.
PRO Report Pick: Saints +3 (-115)

Packers vs. Vikings Betting Pick
1 p.m. ET | FOX
The Vikings sat at +3 earlier this week against the Packers at DraftKings, but smart money hammered that key number. So, it’s no surprise to see the spread sitting between +1 and +1.5, depending on the sportsbook.
Minnesota is also landing the bigger bets in this matchup, evidenced by the Vikes attracting 46% of the money on just 28% of the tickets.
This is a textbook example of public bettors loading up on the Packers with sharps pounding the Vikings and the points.
PRO Report Pick: Vikings +1.5
