Mahomes hasn’t run for a touchdown yet this season, but he had four last year and likes to pick his spots.
Like last season. In four December games last year, Mahomes ran for three touchdowns. This is a good matchup, too, against a Packers defense that ranks 19th in DVOA against the run.
We know Mahomes is capable with his legs and is averaging 4.8 rushing attempts per game. We just need one of those to be a scramble into the end zone.
Mahomes’ ATD odds haven’t been above +385 this season, so I’ll take +500 every time.

If I’m betting one QB, I might as well bet the other.
Love has two rushing touchdowns this season and almost broke a big one against the Lions on Thanksgiving.
This isn’t a great matchup for Love’s arm. The Chiefs defense is third in DVOA against the pass and has only given up three passing touchdowns in its last three games. I’m not sure Love can maintain the efficiency he showed against the Lions.
With no Aaron Jones and the potential for turnovers in the red zone, I expect Love to call his own number and try to score himself.
