The NFL’s Thanksgiving night game typically splits viewers into two different groups.
First, we have those afforded enough peace and quiet to take a stomach-filled Thanksgiving afternoon nap, meaning they’re well-rested and ready to sweat the entire Buffalo Bills at New Orleans Saints Thursday night matchup.
This is not me.
Then, we have those with no time to rest during the chaos of Thanksgiving Day, making it very unlikely they’ll make it through Bills at Saints in its entirety.
This is me, except I’ll be battling to see halftime.
However, I’m smart enough (barely) to know this, and we don’t necessarily need to watch games to make them bet-able, especially when Bills vs. Saints is the biggest model edge of Thursday’s Thanksgiving NFL slate.
Bills at Saints Betting Model Prediction
The Saints are ravaged by injuries on the offensive side of the ball, but our NFL betting model suggests the spread is simply too large.
The Action Network’s NFL PRO Projections set the Bills at Saints spread at New Orleans +4.8, which is a bit off the consensus line of +6.5 points.
The gap between our projection and the current spread results in a 2.2% edge, which is the largest among today’s three matchups.
