There’s a gambler in Arkansas who’s probably singing “I Will Always Love You” to one particular slot machine.
It’s a Whitney Houston-themed machine on which this unidentified person from Hot Springs won more than $900,000 at the Saracen Casino Resort in Pine Bluff.
Not only will that massive amount of money change the life of the person who won it, but it is also a new Arkansas state record. Casino officials confirmed that the $924,562 jackpot reset the bar in The Land of Opportunity (ironically).

The winner can no longer claim “I Have Nothing,” but I’m sure they were wanting to dance with somebody after hitting it big.
“Saracen was the first casino in Arkansas to feature Wide Area Progressive slots,” said Matt Harkness, General Manager of Saracen Casino in a statement. “These machines have jackpots that grow in tandem with those across the U.S., including on the Las Vegas Strip. While Saracen has awarded multi-state jackpots before, this win is unprecedented.”
Whitney Houston Slot Machines New to The Market
The Whitney Houston slot machines, licensed by the late singer’s estate, feature her greatest hits and were installed at Saracen in August, marking one of the first installations in the Southern United States.
The game features a free spin bonus and a chance to collect platinum records that can help them trigger the bonus. Whitney Houston had eight consecutive multi-platinum albums, which ties into the theme.

There’s also a wheel bonus that allows players to collect any of the jackpots in the game, including the wide-area progressive jackpot won by the person in Arkansas.
