FSU vs. Georgia Tech Weather, Forecast and Pick
Florida State vs. Georgia Tech will play in comfortable 60-degree temperatures Saturday in Dublin, Ireland.
However, windy conditions could impact the outcome.
Aviva Stadium is slated for double-digit winds throughout Saturday, topping out at 15 mph at 5 p.m. Ireland time — right in the thick of Seminoles vs. Yellow Jackets.

And we’ve found that wind speeds of 13-34 mph result in college football games hitting the under on the betting total 58% of the time, according to the Windy Unders PRO System, which has analyzed a sample size of over 1,000 bets. The wind’s direction doesn’t impact this outcome. High winds generally hinder scoring, possibly due to challenges faced by field goal kickers and timing issues in pass-heavy offenses.

PRO System Pick: Florida State vs. Georgia Tech Under 55.5
Montana State vs. New Mexico Forecast and College Football Weather
“Windy Unders” only accounts for FBS vs. FBS games, so Montana State (FCS) vs. New Mexico does not check the boxes as an under bet.
However, our NCAAF weather report tab displays severe winds in Albuquerque for Saturday. The Week 0 game is forecasted for 6 mph winds around kick, but could ramp up to 15 during the second half. The area is expecting storms the next three days.

Delaware State vs. Hawaii Weather, Forecast and Pick
The windiest game of Week 0 is Delaware State vs. Hawaii in Honolulu. Aloha Stadium is projected for 22 mph winds during game time.

Although the under would not qualify due to the FCS vs. FBS format, here’s another boost to recommending the Delaware State vs. Hawaii game under the total: Our own researcher, Evan Abrams, pointed out that games kicking off at 10 p.m. ET or later have ended up 303-237-1 (56.1%) to the under over the past 10 years.
In games starting at this hour since 2017, the under has posted a record of 202-148 (57.7%).
PRO System Pick: Hawaii-Delaware State Under 56.5
