Our upset-minded college football PRO System recommended three picks last week. Not only did all three underdogs win outright, frankly, they weren’t even remotely close at any point:
- Coastal Carolina (55-27)
- Eastern Michigan (28-14)
- UNLV (27-7)
Make that 3-0 for roughly +4.5 units. The reads are certainly on point to kick things off.
Riding the hot hand, that same PRO System pinpointed even more Week 2 college football upset picks, revealing five underdogs to consider locking in for Saturday’s games.
Some of our PRO Systems involve a whole bunch of filters. The moneyline bets below, meanwhile, stem from an extremely straightforward strategy.
Let’s analyze a whole host of picks primed to upset their opponents on Saturday of Week 2, based on previous, key insights.
College Football Week 2 Upset Predictions and Picks Saturday
There’s a method to how our PRO System picks the underdogs.
It has absolutely nothing — and I mean this sincerely, literally zero — to do with matchup, X’s and O’s, how jacked the strength coordinators are for either team, whatever.
Rather, our system simply factors in the betting line, the over/under and home-road splits. All three underdogs last week won by a combined score of 110-48. Is that good?
If you’re wondering when to target upsets in college football, here’s a tip: When the road team is +4 or tighter against the spread, and the over/under is 46 or higher, betting on the underdog to win the game outright has been a solid look, given the teams aren’t ranked.
Higher-scoring games offer more unpredictability, which can favor moneyline underdogs.
Our PRO System, “Small Visiting Dogs,” has a notable 51% success rate, and all those plus-money predictions add up over time.
