The Saint Peter’s dream is dead and Cinderella has exited the NCAA Tournament, leaving it to traditional powerhouses to compete for the title.
In Mike Krzyzewski’s final season as head coach at Duke, the Blue Devils are the betting favorite to cut down the nets. Duke dropped to +165 from +400 after knocking off Arkansas in the Elite 8.
Duke will meet North Carolina in the Final Four. The Tar Heels are the longshot of the remaining teams at +500.
On the other side of the bracket, Kansas +185 will face Villanova (+400).

Who Is the NCAA Tournament Favorite?
Let’s dive into each key contender below:
1. Duke (+155)
Coach K and the Blue Devils will have to take down their arch rival North Carolina to move on to the title game. North Carolina won the most recent matchup, 94-81, in Duke’s final home game on March 5.
2. Kansas (+270)
The Jayhawks woke up from a sleepy second half to blow past Miami, 76-50. Now Bill Self’s team must take on Jay Wright’s Villanova Wildcats.
3. Villanova (+400)
Villanova took a hit when Justin Moore went down with what was later revealed to be a torn Achilles. Moore is second on the team with 14.8 points per game, putting more pressure on Collin Gillespie (15.6 ppg) and Jermaine Samuels (11.1 ppg) to carry the load on offense.
4. North Carolina (+500)
Not bad for Hubert Davis’s first season as head coach. Armando Bacot led the charge with 20 points and 22 rebounds to put away Saint Peter’s, 69-49. Oklahoma transfer Brady Manek (19 points) has been vital to the team’s success, especially during the tournament.
