Following a 67-60 victory over South Carolina Upstate on Wednesday, 9-seed Radford advanced to the Big South Conference Tournament against top-seeded High Point.
The Panthers won both regular-season matchups with the Highlanders rather easily, which is clearly priced into the 11.5-point spread.
