This number is far too high, considering how inconsistent Chris Paul’s minutes have been of late.

He has played over 25 minutes in just seven of his past nine games and the Spurs clearly have nothing to play for. In a 26-minute projection, Paul projects for just 6.1 assists, so give me the under.

Since Jalen Brunson has been sidelined, Bridges has seen a significant uptick in his scoring, averaging 21.8 points per game since the injury, compared to 17.2 prior. In those eight games, he has cleared this total five times, missed by a single basket twice and never scored less than 13 points.

Now, he draws a Mavericks defense ranking 28th since the mid-season roster reshaping, playing on the second half of a back-to-back and without Anthony Davis.

[subheader sizedown=”false” text=”Donovan Clingan Under 7.5 Points (+100)” subtext=”Cavaliers vs. Trail Blazers · 10:00 p.m. ET” center=”false” logo1url=”https://assets.actionnetwork.com/312105_Blazers.png” link1=”https://www.actionnetwork.com/nba/odds/portland-trail-blazers” link1follow=”true” logo2url=”” link2=”” link2follow=”true” trailinglogourl=”” trailinglink=”” trailinglinkfollow=”true”][/subheader]

Donovan Clingan should be in for a decent amount of minutes if he can stay out of foul trouble, but that’s not a likely scenario. The matchup here is terrible vs. Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen in this spot, who should both give him trouble.

Clingan has hit this under in four out of the past five games, and with the tough matchup and potential foul trouble, I don’t see him getting there in this spot.
