The Thunder face off against the Pistons today and will be without both Jalen Williams and Chet Holmgren. So, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander should be in for a monstrous bump in Usage.

Without Chet, SGA sees his scoring jump from 37.8 to 47.5 per 100. Without J-Dub, SGA sees an even greater bump from 40 to an absurd 54.1 points per 100 possessions, per PBPStats.

Detroit allows the fifth-most free throw attempts per game, and with Duren as a primary rim protector, he’s susceptible to foul trouble.

I’ll grab over 33.5 points for SGA.

Although the Nets still haven’t won a game since top scorer Cam Thomas returned to active duty (0-7), at least this week they’ve maintained the slower pace that gives Jordi Fernandez’ team its best chance to succeed.

Minus Thomas, Brooklyn beat the Lakers on Monday, but even when Thomas returned to action vs. the Cavs and Bulls, the Nets landed Under the total in a couple of very competitive efforts.

Brooklyn’s Under mark now reads 17-6 across its last 23 games. For the Celtics, they are 7-4 to the Under in their last 11. Boston enters tonight coming off of a slower-paced 103-91 win and another Under at Miami last night. Play Celtics-Nets Under.

Both teams coming off a back-to-back, and both lost. Memphis plays at an inside pace, but Miami’s offense is so bad right now, it might not matter.

The Heat just scored 91 at home against Boston last night, and their team total for this game is 110.5, a number they haven’t hit in seven straight games, eight in regulation.

Miami has hit Unders in nine of 13 on the second half of back to backs this season. Memphis has gone Over the number in seven of 12 in this spot, however, Miami is still hovering around a top-10 defense, and given Jaren Jackson Jr.’s return, he could sit this back to back, given how the NBA operates.

The Thunder are 54-12 and have a 12-game lead in the conference, coming off huge win over the defending champs in Boston by a score of 118-112 just a few days ago.

The Thunder are playing great on the road behind SGA, the leading candidate for MVP, averaging 32.8 points, 6.2 assists and 5.1 rebounds while shooting 52.5 percent from the field. The Thunder will be without Jalen Williams tonight, which hurts, but this team still has plenty of depth and matchup advantages in this game.

The Pistons just lost to the Wizards by a score of 129-125. The Thunder are fourth in NBA scoring, averaging just under 120 points per game, while also ranking second in scoring defense, allowing just over 107 per game.

The Thunder are 25-7 on the road, while Pistons just 18-15 on their home court. Lay the points with OKC.

While all of the trade deadline talk seemed to center upon Luka Doncic moving from the Mavs to the Lakers, it looks like the Warriors, in the short-term at least, might have been the real winners of the deadline. Jimmy Butler’s addition has proven a boon for Golden State, as without distractions, Butler can still be a force.

While not necessarily reflected in stats, Butler’s presence has complemented Steph Curry effectively and added a different dimension to Steve Kerr’s offense, now with a real commando raider into the paint.

The Dubs have lost just once with Butler in the lineup since the trade. The Warriors just beat the Knicks by a score of 114-102 on March 4 at MSG, and Jalen Brunson remains out for NY. Play Warriors.

The Grizzlies have been bleeding open three-pointers, allowing their past 15 opponents to shoot the third-highest percentage from 3-point range in the NBA during that stretch, Similar to much of last season, the Grizzlies have emphasized “over-helping” on the defensive end, which results in opponents getting clean inside-out looks.

Look no further than last night’s game against Cleveland, in which the Cavs knocked down 19 three-pointers, for evidence.

On Saturday night, the Grizzlies will chase Duncan Robinson around the court and face-guard Tyler Herro, but will be soft in defending catch-and-shoot weapons like Andrew Wiggins, who has played solid basketball since joining the Heat.

Wiggins has knocked down three or more 3s in two of his past four games, and has fired at a near 38% clip this season. Memphis is also allowing the second-most 3-pointers to opposing small forwards of any team in the NBA.

Expect a big night from Herro in the assists department and several made 3s from the former Warrior.
