Los Angeles Clippers vs Brooklyn Nets NBA Preview
The Nets have finally hit the wall on this homestand following blowout losses to modest Dallas and Toronto, as it appears Brooklyn has simply run out of gas.
A myriad injuries seem to have taken their toll on the Nets. After holding their own for a while minus top scorer Cam Thomas, now it looks like Brooklyn doesn’t have any offense left, flailing in a heavy loss to the Raptors while missing 33-of-41 three-point attempts, settling for low-percentage shots, and defensive intensity is waning, also allowing the Mavericks to shoot better than 56% from the floor on Monday.
The Clippers went to sleep not long ago in one of these kind of games at New Orleans. Otherwise, LA’s recent efforts have been superb, with six wins and seven covers since losing to the Pelicans. I’m laying the points with Los Angeles as big road favorites tonight.
