Jandiroba’s moneyline was as high as +175 a month ago – and would have been a value bet at that number – but the market has moved in close to a pick’em price for this matchup.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend a wager at current prices on either side of the moneyline.
Based on the stylistic matchup alone, I would have looked to bet on Jandiroba as an underdog with all of the grappling upside. She is a decent wrestler for a BJJ practitioner, and Rodriguez gives up takedowns in almost all of her fights.
Additionally, Rodriguez isn’t great at getting off her back either, which could provide Jandiroba ample time to set up a submission or rack up control time toward securing a decision.
