This is a great spot for Christian Yelich, who is coming off of a massive game on Friday night in which he hit a double on maybe the longest non-homer we will see all year.
He now will face the Twins’ Simeon Woods-Richardson, who has struggled quite a bit with left-handed power this season. Yelich has posted a .260 ISO and a 60% hard-contact rate this season. His only issue is that he has a fairly high ground-ball rate, but Woods-Richardson really struggles to keep the ball on the ground, so that should play into Yelich’s hands.

Brayan Bello is coming off of a great game in which he struck out eight hitters against maybe the coldest team in baseball (the New York Yankees). However, before that, he had gone under five strikeouts in six of his past seven starts.
Bello has just a 17% strikeout rate on the season and a measly 23% CSW% to back that up. He also sees those numbers drop to a 15% K% and 21% CSW% against left-handed hitters, which is important because the Giants projected lineup has five lefties and two righties with a strikeout rate of 21% or lower against right-handed pitchers this season.

The system focuses on regular-season games in which elevated humidity — ranging from 45 to 95 — intersects with moderate temperatures and neutral wind patterns. Despite assumptions that humidity boosts offense, there is value to be found in these conditions, which actually correlate with suppressed scoring in certain environments.
When the market subtly corrects, with the total dropping from open to close, and the overall percentage of bets on the over remains modest (between 6% and 29%), this system flags under-the-radar under spots where public narratives misalign with actual scoring trends.
This system has been on fire this season, generating a 18% ROI with a 49-30-1 (62%) record. Overall, the system has been just as hot, going 259-155-13 (63%) and producing a 20% ROI.
