I am happy to back both pitchers here, as I think both Eury Perez and Merrill Kelly are more than capable of shutting down the opposing offenses.
I am betting the first-half Under because both teams have bad bullpens, but I like the chances of the starters doing well.
Kelly has pitched well this season, as he has a 3.48 SIERA and has allowed just a .147 ISO.
For Perez, this matchup is better than usual, as Corbin Carroll is out, and Perez has done a solid job of preventing power.
