Terms of Participation

Organizer

Better Collective USA, Inc., with the registered office at 61 West 23rd Street, Second Floor, New York, New York 10010. (the “Organizer”) and the owner of actionnetwork.com (the “Website”), is holding a Prize Survey (hereinafter referred to as the “Prize Survey”) completely free of charge.

Eligibility

1. In order to participate in the Prize Survey, a participant (the “Participant”, “You”, “Your”) must be over 21 years of age.
2. The Prize Survey is open only to residents of the United States.
3. By taking part in the Prize Survey, You consent to these Prize Survey Terms of Participation and the Privacy Policy.
4. Employees, freelancers, and brand ambassadors hired by the Organizer, directly or through intermediary companies, are not allowed to participate in the Prize Survey.

Start and Closing Date

1. Participation in the Prize Survey is open from 12/18/2024 and will last until 01/02/2025.

How to Participate

1. Participation in the Prize Survey is completely free of charge for all Participants.
2. To participate in the Prize Survey, the Participants must complete the survey form and respond to a series of questions about their user experience with the Organizer’s products. The purpose of these questions is for the Organizer to better understand Participants’ needs and improve its services accordingly.
3. Each Participant can participate in the Prize Survey only once.

Prizes

1. The Prize will be awarded to one (1) Participant (the “Winner”).
2. The Winner will be selected by a random draw from the eligible Participants who completed all the steps outlined in the section “How to Participate” above.
3. The Winner will be awarded a Visa Gift Card valued at $100 (the “Prize”).
4. The name of the Winner will be announced publicly on the Website in a maximum of fifteen (15) days after settling and verifying the Winner.
5. The Organizer will contact the Winner to arrange the handover of the Prize in a maximum of fifteen (15) days after announcing the Winner.
6. The Winner will have a maximum of five (5) days to provide the Organizer with the necessary information for the handover of the Prize. In case the Winner fails to provide the necessary information within the prescribed time, their win will be voided, and another Winner will be randomly selected.
7. The Prize is non-taxable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, and the option to receive a cash equivalent as an alternative is not available.

Personal Data

1. For the purpose of conducting the Prize Survey, we may process the following categories of personal data: email address, age group, geolocation, betting habits, and preferences. Your email address will be collected for the purpose of contacting you and delivering the Prize, your habits and preferences for the purpose of conducting the Prize Survey, and your geolocation and age to determine if you are eligible to participate.
2. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn more about the processing of Your personal data, with whom we share it, and Your rights and the Organizer’s obligations under data protection rules.

Miscellaneous

1. Any issues or doubts that have no clear guidelines in the above rules will be dealt with at the discretion of the Organizer’s administration.
2. If you wish to contest any of our decisions, you may do so by sending an email to mblagojevic@bettercollective.com.
3. Any legal disputes that may arise are subject to the applicable laws of the United States, except where mandatory local law in your state of residence overrides. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Rules shall be settled before the competent courts in your state of residence.

1. We reserve the right to make changes to the rules of the Prize Survey at our sole discretion and will inform the Participants of any significant changes by posting these changes on the Website.
