The consensus market currently lists the Angels as slight favorites at -126, while the Rays are priced at +108.
PRO Report, meanwhile, shades a decent edge to the visitors tonight.
Diving deeper into the numbers, our fair odds for Monday’s game is more like Rays -103, indicating the market is undervaluing the visitors (or overvaluing L.A).
Plus, early activity in the betting cycle aligns with this insight.
While the public tickets show 61% of slips landing on the Rays, an even larger portion of the money (about 77%) has been placed on Tampa Bay.
