The Friday, April 11, baseball slate features 15 games, and I’m back with some MLB home run props and picks that have value.
The Athletics are playing at home at Sutter Health Park, which means I have to go back to the well with HR bets on Juan Soto and Brent Rooker. I also like Marcell Ozuna in the the Braves-Rays game and Jorge Soler in Angels vs Astros.
Continue below for my Friday MLB home run picks, plus a parlay of my two favorite home run bets.

Home Run Picks for April 11
Braves DH Marcell Ozuna (+390; FanDuel)
@ Tampa Bay Rays (Starting Pitcher: RHP Taj Bradley)
Even though the Braves had a late Thursday game against the Phillies, this line is far too high considering how good of a spot Ozuna’s in.
George M. Steinbrenner Field is a plus park for right-handed home run hitters and the weather is good with the wind blowing out at 10 mph with temperatures in the high 70s and good humidity.
Bradley has been an absolute gas can for righty power in his career with a 2.28 HR/9, to go along with high hard contact and fly-ball numbers.
I have the true odds here at +300.

Angels DH Jorge Soler (+420; FanDuel)
@ Houston Astros (Starting Pitcher: RHP Ronel Blanco)
Soler is still one of the better power bats in the league and the books really aren’t pricing him like it anymore.
The matchup is a good one today against Blanco, who has allowed above-average power numbers in his career and has some decent fly-ball numbers vs. righties.
Soler has been in good form recently and the line here is about 80 points too high.
Mets OF Juan Soto (+400; BetMGM)
@ Athletics (SP: LHP JP Sears)
I don’t love the lefty/lefty matchup for Soto, but the ballpark and weather more than make up for it.
Sutter Health Park has been one of the best hitter ballparks in the league and the temps, humidity and wind are all good for hitting tonight.
Sears is still an above-average matchup for lefty power. He’s allowed 1.22 HR/9 in his career to go along with a fly-ball rate around 45%.
I have the true odds on Soto around +300.
Athletics OF Brent Rooker (+375; bet365)
vs. New York Mets (SP: RHP Griffin Canning)
Everything lines up great for Rooker here.
Canning has averaged 1.75 HR/9 in his career to righties to go along with heavy fly ball and hard contact numbers.
Rooker is one of the best HR hitters in the league and could get to 50 HRs this season — he’s got a great shot at getting one tonight.
