NASCAR odds for the 2025 Daytona 500 have settled in following qualifying and Thursday’s Duel races, allowing motorsports bettors to dig into the latest lines for Sunday’s “Great American Race.”
NASCAR’s biggest race is very unpredictable compared to non-superspeedway races, resulting in favorites priced with longer-shot prices.
For example, Kyle Busch is the current favorite, with +900 odds heading into today’s race, providing plenty of opportunities to find savvy Daytona 500 picks and best bets.

Kyle Busch was the Daytona 500 favorite two weeks ago and has shortened from +1100 to +900 over that span.
Three-time Daytona 500 winner Denny Hamlin has also moved up the NASCAR odds board, shortening from +1500 to +1000.
Another notable riser is Bubba Wallace, who is now available at +1200 after winning Thursday’s first Duel race.
On the other hand, RFK Racing’s Chris Buescher has lengthened from +1700 to +2500 ahead of Sunday’s Daytona 500.
