The Seahawks received some disappointing news amid a comfortable upset Sunday.
Star wide receiver DK Metcalf was carted to the locker room late in Seattle’s Week 7 win over the Falcons.

Metcalf appeared to injure his leg during the fourth quarter after taking a hit in mid-air while attempting to make a catch down the sideline. Team doctors examined Metcalf and he attempted to test out his knee, but the Seahawks ultimately ruled him questionable to return.
Seattle led the Falcons 31-14 when Metcalf was carted off. The Seahawks were 3-point underdogs (-115) at BetMGM coming into the game.
Metcalf, who entered the week as the NFL’s fourth-leading receiver, registered four catches for 99 yards and one touchdown before exiting.
