Texas remains No. 1 on my Associated Press Top 25 ballot, getting the slight edge over No. 2 Oregon.
After five of the AP’s top 11 teams lost two weeks ago, only two of the top 11 teams lost on Saturday — although there were near losses by Alabama and Tennessee.
New to my Top 25 this week: Army, Nebraska and Arizona State.
