Meanwhile, roughly 74% of the money is on the Chiefs moneyline at -200. That line opened at -155 at BetMGM but has since moved to its current mark.
DraftKings also has the Chiefs moneyline at -200 as of Sunday afternoon while FanDuel and PointsBet have Kansas City’s moneyline at -196.
The Ravens currently have six players listed as questionable, including wide receiver Marquise Brown.
The Chiefs currently have running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire and wide receiver Tyreek Hill listed on the final injury report, though each practiced each day this week.
The Chiefs beat the Browns 33-29 despite being down in the fourth quarter during Week 1.
