The 2021 Daytona 500 is more than three months away, but that hasn’t stopped sportsbooks from posting odds to win next year’s season-opening race.
Denny Hamlin, who has three career Daytona 500 victories, including back-to-back wins in 2019 and 2020, is the favorite at 8-1 odds.
Team Penske drivers Joey Logano and Ryan Blaney are joined by defending NASCAR Cup Series Champion Chase Elliott at 10-1.

2021 Daytona 500 Betting Notes
William Byron, the most recent Cup Series winner at Daytona, is available at 14-1. Byron’s Hendrick Motorsports teammates Alex Bowman and Kyle Larson join Stewart-Haas Racing’s Kevin Harvick and Aric Almirola at 16-1.
Oddsmakers are also bullish on Bubba Wallace in his first race with Michael Jordan’s and Denny Hamlin’s new 23XI Racing, evidenced by Wallace’s 20-1 odds to win the Great American Race.
In comparison, Bubba was 40-1 to win the Daytona 500 on raceday morning last season.
